Wide-Eyed Wonder to Sweet Slumber – Baby Waylon’s Newborn Session
Photographing little Waylon was such a treat! This sweet guy came into his session with a serious case of FOMO—he just didn’t want to miss a single thing. Eyes wide open, taking in the world around him like a tiny explorer. It was adorable, and honestly, I can’t blame him—there’s a lot of love and excitement in those first few days of life!
But once Waylon finally drifted off to sleep, magic happened. That peaceful stillness set in, and I was able to capture some of the most precious little facial expressions—tiny smirks, soft sighs, and the kind of moments that make your heart melt. These fleeting expressions are what make newborn photography so special.
What I love most about sessions like this is that they tell the full story—not just the dreamy, sleepy photos, but also the bright-eyed curiosity that shows just how new and exciting the world is. Waylon reminded me that every baby brings their own unique energy, and that’s exactly what makes each session so meaningful.
