There’s something so special about photographing siblings—especially when the big sister is already completely in love. Baby Natalia’s newborn session was full of gentle moments and sleepy smiles, and her big sister Annette absolutely stole our hearts. She was glowing with excitement, especially when she got to wear a matching floral crown with her baby sister. It was the sweetest little detail that tied their bond together so beautifully.
Wrapped in a soft pink swaddle and nestled in her sister’s arms, Natalia was the tiniest little peanut—so delicate and peaceful. From the moment she arrived at my Dalton, GA studio, she was perfectly content and snoozed her way through nearly the whole session.
Miss Natalia was so comfortable on our cozy Boho Bed setup that I ended up doing the majority of her session right there. It was clear she felt right at home, especially wrapped in blush tones that highlighted her beautiful skin and thick dark hair. She had the most relaxed, curled-up poses—and she made it all look effortless.
One of my favorite images is her tiny hands softly resting near her cheeks—an absolutely timeless pose that parents always treasure.
Annette was such a wonderful big sister to photograph—patient, sweet, and so gentle. She held Natalia with pride and gave us the most heart-melting smiles. These sister moments are something I know their family will cherish for years.
And while the girls were in the spotlight, I couldn’t help but smile at what was happening behind the scenes—the most precious parents watching nearby, grinning ear to ear and snapping pictures of their girls while I worked. These quiet moments always stick with me and remind me what a gift this job truly is.
